Ancora due numeri di acrobatica a Latina
Ad un mese esatto dall’apertura della sua XII edizione, il Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina” inserisce in scaletta due nuovi numeri di acrobatica entrambi provenienti dalla Russia: il “bamboo” del duo Abramovi ed il “voltage” della troupe Yaskiy .
A giudicare dalla provenienza delle oltre 500 candidature pervenute negli uffici di produzione del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina”, la Russia è fra gli Stati nei quali la tradizione delle arti circensi appare più marcata: sono tutti russi gli artisti oggi ammessi ufficialmente alla competizione. La serata inaugurale della dodicesima edizione è prevista tra un mese esatto, il 14 ottobre, alle ore 21, nella cittadella del Festival che è già in fase di allestimento a Latina nella sede ormai storica di via Rossetti.
Alexander Abramov ed Ekaterina Abramova in arte sono il Duo Abramovi. Coniugi nella vita, i due artisti russi, entrambi laureati, presentano per la prima volta in Europa un particolare numero della disciplina acrobatica “bamboo”. Appassionati alle arti circensi fin dalla più tenera età, Alexander ed Ekaterina, reinterpretano le più classiche atmosfere della tradizione di Circo russa, sperimentando passaggi di grande pericolosità.
I giovani artisti russi Sergey Yaskiy, Evgeny Dmitriev, Sergey Klochkov ed Ilya Bondarev, insieme con l’artista bielorussa Tatiana Tur, sono uniti in arte nella Troupe Yaskiy. Nati tra il 1972 ed il 1986, i cinque artisti presentano un numero di “voltage” dal titolo “Art – Disco”. Nella loro esibizione le braccia giocano un ruolo fondamentale: esse assumono il ruolo di trampolino di lancio dal quale prendono forma le evoluzioni più ardite.

Two more acrobatic numbers at Latina
Exactly one month from the opening of its 12th edition, the International Circus Festival “City of Latina” adds two new acrobatic numbers to the cast, both hailing from Russia: “Bamboo” from the Duo Abramovi and “Voltage” from the Troupe Yaskiy.
Judging by the over 500 applications that have arrived at the production offices of the International Circus Festival “City of Latina”, Russia is without doubt one of the Nations in which the tradition of circus arts is strongest: the artists officially added to the competition today are all Russian. The opening night of the twelfth edition will be taking place in a month’s time, on October 14th, at 9pm, in the “ ”, which is already being constructed at the usual site in Via Rossetti, .
Alexander Abramov and Ekaterina Abramova work under the stage name Duo Abramovi. This Russian husband and wife team, both with degrees, will be presenting a ‘bamboo’ number for the first time in . This couple, both lovers of the circus from a very early age, will be reinterpreting the purest traditions of the Russian Circus, experimenting with risky and difficult movements within this unusual number.
The young Russian performers Sergey Yaskiy, Evgeny Dmitriev, Sergey Klochkov and Ilya Bondarev, along with the Belarusian Tatiana Tur, are united in art as the Troupe Yaskiy. Born between 1972 and 1986, these five artists will be presenting a “voltage” number entitled “Art – Disco”. This number highlights the use of the arms as trampolines for the high somersaults executed by the performers.
