Il ritorno di un grande Festival 

Il FESTIVAL DELLE PRINCIPESSE DEL CIRCO non è uno show di ordinario. Al Festival le migliori artiste mostrano i loro numeri più colorati e innovativi in un’ atmosfera pericolosamente sensuale mentre gareggiano tra di loro per aggiudicarsi il titolo di Principessa del Circo dell’ anno.
Il primo Festival fu ideato dai fratelli Robert e Henry Bronett nel 1995 come omaggio a tutte le donne di talento. L’idea era che sarebbe stato uno spettacolo unico, ma il successo e le pressioni da parte del pubblico furono così forti che decidemmo di trasformarlo in un Festival, ripetuto poi ogni anno fino al 2003. Ripreso dalle TV internazionali e riproposto in diverse trasmissioni, il Festival ha fatto il giro del mondo e si calcola sia stato visto da più di 70 milioni di spettatori in tutto il mondo. La Principessa Cristina e la signora Magnusson sono state rispettivamente la madrina della manifestazione e la presidente della giuria per tutte le edizioni.
Nel corso degli anni, le vincitrici sono giunte da paesi come Canada, Francia, Russia e Cina. Per molte artiste, la vittoria deil titolo è coinciso con  l’inizio di una brillante carriera circense internazionale.

Il FESTIVAL DELLE PRINCIPESSE DEL CIRCO torna così in scena dopo una pausa di 7 anni. Un grande ritorno ed un successo preannunciato, sottolineato da oltre 187 richieste di partecipazione. Ma ricordate, se siete interessate a prendere parte alla competizione, avete tempo fino al 1° maggio per segnalare la vostra candidatura. Dalla rosa delle candidature verrano scelte 14 pretendenti, all’ interno della quale verrà eletta la Principessa del Circo 2010. In palio, oltre al prestigioso titolo, anche un premio monetario di 50.000 corone svedesi.

L’ appuntamento è fissato dal 03 al 06 giugno a Gothenburg, Svezia.

THE RETURN OF A GREAT FESTIVAL

Circus Princess is no ordinary circus. Here the world’s top female artists show their most colorful and innovative tricks in a dangerously sensual show while they are competing for the title Circus Princess of the Year.

The first show was created by the brothers Robert and Henry Bronett in 1995 as a tribute to all the talented women who had been standing in the shadows of the circus world. The idea was that it would be a one-off show, but the pressure from the audience was so strong that Circus Princess became an annually recurring show until 2003. It has also been shown on TV to more than 70 million viewers worldwide. Princess Christina, Mrs. Magnusson has been the patroness of the event and chairwoman of the jury.

Over the years, winners have come from countries such as Canada, France, Russia and China. For many artists, winning the title has become the start of a brilliant international circus career.

FESTIVAL OF THE CIRCUS PRINCESS come back after a stop of 7 years. A great return and a announced success, highlighted by over 187 requests for participation. But remember, if you’re interested in taking part in the competition, you can do it only until May 1. Among the candidates will choose 14 artists and the winner will be proclaimed Princess of the Circus 2010. Besides the prestigious title, a cash prize of 50,000 SEK.
