Avviate le selezioni del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina”
Ad otto mesi dal suo debutto sono ufficialmente iniziate le selezioni per definire la rosa degli artisti ammessi a partecipare alla dodicesima edizione del Festival in scena a Latina dal 14 al 18 Ottobre 2010.

A giudicare dal consistente numero delle candidature già pervenute, il lavoro di selezione avviato in questi giorni dalla Produzione del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina” si annuncia assai impegnativo. La partecipazione all’annuale appuntamento di spettacolo, infatti, risulta sempre più ambita da tanti artisti dei cinque continenti: essi riconoscono nel un’importante occasione per esibirsi di fronte ai massimi esperti ed alle massime autorità del Circo internazionale una grande opportunità, dunque, per accedere al mondo del Circo o per incrementare la propria visibilità: è successo così al giovane verticalista russo Dima Shine che, dopo aver conseguito il premio “Latina d’Oro” nella nona edizione del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina”, è assurto ai più alti ranghi del panorama artistico internazionale ed ha impreziosito il proprio curriculum con numerose partecipazioni a programmi televisivi di straordinario successo come “Zelig” andato in onda in Italia il 26 Gennaio scorso. Appare evidente come la valenza del Festival vada ben aldilà di quanto strettamente legato alla competizione fra artisti in gara che, tuttavia, resta il perno attorno al quale l’evento viene organizzato. Pertanto la Produzione del Festival Internazionale del Circo “Città di Latina” comunica di aver attivato nuovi canali attraverso i quali chiunque potrà facilmente entrare in contatto con il Festival, sia per saperne di più sulla dodicesima edizione, sia per inoltrare la propria candidatura: oltre all’indirizzo di posta elettronica info@festivalcircolatina.com è già attivo il nuovo canale Facebook all’indirizzo “produzione circo” inoltre un primo iniziale contatto con la produzione potrà essere stabilito anche attraverso msn al contatto festivalcircolatina@hotmail.it. La modulistica ed il regolamento del Festival, inoltre, sono disponibili sul sito ufficiale del Festival www.festivalcircolatina.com.

The selection of the International Circus Festival “City of ” has begun.
Eight months before the entry, the selection of the artists that will take part in the twelfth edition of the Festival, held in from 14th to 18th October, is officially started.

On the face of the huge number of applications already arrived, the job of selection started in these days will be very hard for the Production of the International Circus Festival “City of Latina”. The yearly participation to the show is, in fact, always more coveted from many artists coming from the five continents: they look at the Festival as an important occasion to exhibit before the major experts and the most important and International authorities of the Circus. It is a big opportunity for the artists to get into the world of Circus and increase their own visibility.
A recent example is the young Russian Dima Shine, expert in handstand. After he achieved the award “Gold Latina”, in the ninth edition of the International Circus Festival “City of Latina”, he has climbed the highest tops of the International artistic overviews, some very successful like “Zelig”, broadcast in Italy on the last 26th January. It is clear that the importance of the Festival is further beyond the competition amongst artists, even if it actually remains the pivot of the event.
Therefore the Production of the International Circus Festival “City of ” breaks the news that new channels are now working to get in touch with the Festival. It is now easier both to be informed on the twelfth edition and to send an application.
